Ultimate Rice Salad

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups Chopped Broccoli1 Carrot, grated3 Small green onions, sliced1/2 Apple, chopped1 1/2 Cups Medium grain brown rice, cooked1/2 Cup Low fat or nonfat plain yogurt1 Tblsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 Cup Sunflower seeds1 tsp turmeric
Directions
Stir together ingredients in a bowl, and serve.
Serves about 4.
Makes a great lunch, though if taking to work, reduce the onions by at least half, otherwise you'll be facing people with severe onion breath!
