Ingredients
1c. shredded carrot1c. diced celery1 c. diced broccoli1 tbsp. chopped parsley2 tbsp. olive oil3 tbsp. red wine vinegarsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
combine vinegar, oil, salt and pepper with a wisk. Pour over vegetables and parsley. Mix and refrigerate.
