Amy's Italian Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground beef 1 cup each - onion, celery, carrots 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 can (16 ounces) tomatoes 1 can ( 15 ounces) tomato sauce 1 can ( 15 ounces) red kidney beans 2 cups cabbage 1 can green beans 1/2 cup macaroni 2 cans beef broth 1 tbsp. Parsley flakes 1 tsp. Salt 1/2 tsp. Sweet basil 1/2 tsp. Oregano 1/4 tsp. Pepper 1 cup mushroomsParmesan cheese
Directions
Brown beef, drain. Add all ingredients, except cabbage, green beans, macaroni and Parmesan cheese. Bring to boil. Lower heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add cabbage, green beans and macaroni; bring to boil and simmer until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serves 12.

You can add water if you need more broth. I usually use 3 cans of beef broth and about 1/2 cup water. You can use any type of macaroni. I use "bow ties" and they look neat in the soup. Have fun! It's an awesome soup
