Chicken with Peppers and Onions

Ingredients
1lb Chicken Breast Tenders1 pkg Wegmans Green Peppers and Onions (sliced)1 tbsp Corn Starch2 tbsp Sesame Oil3 tbsp water1 cup 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth Low Sodium
Directions
Place chicken in a small bowl adding 1 tbsp of water at a time working it in until it is absorbed into the chicken. Sprinkle chicken with cornstarch and coat all pieces. Heat oil on medium in a large non-stick pan and add chicken. Stir chicken around in pan for a minute then add onions and peppers. Stir in the pan until the chicken is cooked through. Add the soy sauce and chicken broth scraping the bottem of the pan this will create a savory gravy. Cook on medium heat until sauce thickens. Serve over Jasmine Rice
