Carrots & Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower (5-6" diameter)- 8 carrots (medium size)- 3 onions (medium size)- 2 potatoes (medium size)- 1/2 cup maple syrup- 4 1/2 cup chicken broth- 1/2 tsp Provencal Herbs- 1/2 tsp paprika- 1/2 tbsp parsley (dried)- 1/4 tbsp garlic salt- pepper (to your own taste)
Directions
Cut all vegetables into small-medium pieces.
Put carrots and maple syrup FIRST together, bring to a boil then reduce heat to low-medium.
Add all other vegetables.
Pour chicken broth (I put 4 1/2 cup but pour only to cover slightly vegetables)
Add seasonnings.
Brew occasionnaly to make sure all vegetables get tender.
Put into mixer and purée ! =)
