Ingredients
Dough *hodgson Mill Buckwheat Pancake Mix, 1/3 c dry, mix only, 0.3 cup (remove) *Cereal - Kellog's Special K *PROTEIN PLUS*, 0.75 cup (remove) *Sucralose (like Splenda), 16 tsp (remove) Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla, 2.7 oz (remove)Fruit MixtureApple, Gala (medium), 1 serving (remove)*Torani Sugar Free Cinnamon Sugar flavored syrup, 4 serving (remove)Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)*Sucralose (like Splenda), 6 tsp (remove)
Directions
Mix dough ingredients together and bake for 5 minutes.

Cook other ingredients on stove top until apples are tender.

Pour stove top mixture onto dough mixture (you can stir it in a little if you like).

Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees
