3.5 C flour.5 C brown sugar.25 C white sugar1.5 C splenda for baking2 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp ginger4 eggs, lightly beaten1/4 C water1/2 C applesauce1/2 C mashed banana1 15 oz cap pumpkin1/4 C chopped nuts-optional, not included in calorie count
Preheat to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients, add in wet, mix. 30 min for muffins, 50-60 min for loaf.
