*Baked Potato, with skin, 1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)(remove)Cabbage, fresh, 0.2 cup, chopped(remove)Carrots, raw, 0.2 cup, grated(remove)Parsley, 1 tbsp(remove)Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 tbsp(remove)Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16")(remove)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz(remove)Garlic, 5 grams(remove)Butter, salted, 1 grams(remove)
Cook potato in oven for 1 hour on slow .
grate carrot and cabbage ( I use red cabbage).Chop parsley and corianda then split the cooked potato and fill with ther est of the ingrediants .
