Honey Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
2 tablespoons honey1 tablespoon fresh orange juice1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice1 tablespoon hoisin sauce2 teaspoons Dijon mustard1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper4 (6-oz) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick)Cooking spray
Directions
1. Preheat broiler
2. Combine first 7 ingredients and stir well with a whisk.
3. Place fillets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Brush with honey mixture; cook 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting frequently with money mixture.

    This was very good, broiled it 6 minutes on each side, basting it along the way. The calories and carbs are wrong in the nutritional value due to the salmon showing as 0 calories when looking at the full nutritional values. - 6/20/10
