Pecan Crusted Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs1/4 cup eggbeaters or 1.5 eggs1/4 cup chopped pecans1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs1 tsp paprika1 tsp thyme
Directions
chop thighs into bite size chunks. dip in 1/4 cup eggbeaters or eggs whipped. Mix pecans, bread crumbs and seasoning together, and dip chicken in pecan crust mixture. Put on baking sheet gentle sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 350C for about 30 minutes, or until cooked through and crust is gentle browned. Serve
