Vegan carrot cake

Ingredients
edients:2 cups of grated Carrots2 cup whole wheat flour1 cup white3/4 cup of chopped Walnuts1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 1/4 cup Maple Syrup1 1/2 cup Raisins2 cups Water1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon, ground1 1/2 tsp Allspice1/2 tsp Cloves, ground1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda1 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
Cook the carrots and raisins in cups of water until raisins are tender or about 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, and salt. Allow to cool while you mix the remaining ingredients. When cool mix liguid mixture into the dry mixture. Pour into a greased pan and bake at 350F. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
