Crock Pot Lentil Stew

Ingredients
Lentils- 2 cups, washedBetter than Bullion, Chicken Base- 3 tsp.2 large carrots2 large celery stalks1/2 a large purple onion4 large fresh mushroomsmini red and yellow bell peppers, 2 (or more)1/2 cup quinoa5 cups watercurry powder to tastecumin to taste cilantro to taste
Directions
Dump all ingredients into Crock Pot and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
