1 tbsp. sugar - spendajuice from 2 limes3 Tbsp. olive oil2 medium cucumbers sliced in to half moons2 medium tomatoes, large dice1 bunch scallions, thinly cut on a diagonal1/2 fresh cilantro, chopped salt and pepper to taste,think I will add a little garlic too
