Darcy's Crock Pot Chicken and Wild Rice

Ingredients
1 Whole Chicken2 Tbls Minced Garlic1/2 Cup Chopped OnionsSaltPepper1 Cup Baby Carrots1/2 Cup Chopped Celery2 Cups Wild Rice
Directions
Place chicken in crock pot with 4 cups water, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Cook on high for 4 hours.

Add balance of ingredients, turn down to low, cook until vegetables are tender (2 to 4 hours).
