Spinach Burgers

Ingredients
10 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained1 lb 93% lean ground beef2 slices of bread crumbled (I use whole wheat)1 med. onion finely chopped1 tsp worcestershire sauce1/4 c of egg substitute or 1 egg2 tsp. of dried parsleysalt and pepper
Directions
mix all ingredients together and form into patties.
7 patties make them 4 oz each.
