Pastelillo (Empanadilla) de Carne

Ingredients
1 pack of Goya turnover pastry discs(follow discs instructions)1/2 lb lean beef cubes (grind in food processor) or substitute with 85% fat free ground beef) chicken, seafood or turkey ok.2tbsp sofrito mix (green peppers, onion, garlic, cilantro blended all together into a thick sauce or paste)1tbsp tomato pasteSalt and pepper to taste1tsp ground cumin
Directions
On a sauce pan add ground beef with sofrito. Saute for 5 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and cook on simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes allowing tomato paste to dissolve completely. follow discs instructions; add meat to discs turnover and press with a fork. Deep fry until brown, let it cool before serving, filling will be hot.
