Vanilla Soymilk Custard

2-1/4 cups light vanilla soy milk1 cup liquid egg substitute1 tsp vanilla extract1-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp ground nutmeg3 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
In a microwave-proof bowl, add soy milk and egg
substitute, blending well.
Blend in cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and Splenda.
Place bowl in microwave and cook on high for 8 minutes. Microwaves vary so it may take another 2 or 3 min depending on your microwave.
Cool and add a touch of whipped desert topping if desired.
