Twice Baked Potato Skin

Ingredients
8 medium potatoes4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded1/2 cup sour creamSalt & Pepper
Directions
Bake potatoes at 375 for 1 hour. Lower temp to 350.
Cut potatoes in half. Scoop out insides & mash with cheddar & sour cream. Fill potato skins with mashed potato mixture.
Bake for another 25 minutes.
