Crock Pot Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1 can black beans ( rinsed)1 can corn, undrained1 can diced tomatos, undrained1 package ranch dressing mix1 tsp cumin1 Tbsp chili powder1 tsp onion powder1 8 oz package greek cream cheese2 chicken breasts1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder1/2 teaspoon of pepper1 package of frozen peppers & onions1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil2 Garlic cloves minced
Directions
In a large skillet – heat oil and cook peppers & onions for 8 minutes than add garlic and cook for one minute.

Set your crock pot to low and add chicken, “cooked” peppers & onions and garlic, black beans, corn, tomatoes, all the seasonings, ranch mix.

Stir

Add cream cheese on top and cover and cook for 6 – 8 hours.

Before serving shred chicken using two forks.
