Cream Chicken Gravy

Ingredients
2 cups cooked white meat chicken1/4 cup stick margarine1/3 cup flour1 1/2 cups chicken broth1 cup milk, 2%salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Melt margarine in large skillet or pot. Add the flour and cook to bubbly.

With a whisk, stir in the broth and milk. Simmer, stirring, until thickened.


Add chicken meat, heat through, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
