Quinoa Salad (like Whole Foods version)

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups dry quinoa3 cups water1 cup canned black beans, rinsed1 cup canned sweet corn1 cup chopped red bell pepper1/2 cup chopped fresh onion1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp salt (or to taste)1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup cider vinegar
Directions
Mix quinoa and water in rice cooker, or boil in covered pot until water is absorbed.

Mix in rest of ingredients, chill.
