Chick Peas, 4 cup Onions, raw, 2 cup, choppedGinger Root, 6 tsp Garlic, 8 tsp Chili powder, 2 tbsp Curry powder, 1.33 tbsp Cinnamon, ground, .1 tsp Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3.5 cup, chopped or slicedSoy Milk, 1 cup (or regular milk)Yogurt, plain, low fat, 2 cup
1) Mix everything except dairy in the crock pot. Stir well and cook on low for 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally.
2) After cooking, add milk and yogurt and stir well.
3) Serve over rice
