Mom's Pepperoni Casserole-Correct ingredients

Ingredients
3/4 C. whole wheat rotini1 package turkey pepperoni 70% less fat (you'll have leftovers)Pasta Sauce (I use my mom's homemade)1 package part-skim mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 325.
Boil water in pan for whole wheat pasta. When water is boiling add pasta and turn down to medium heat. Pasta is done when al dente. Drain pasta. You can either mix the pasta and sauce or do a layer of pasta, then sauce, then pepperoni, then cheese, both ways work. You should get 2 layers in a 8"x8" pan. Bake in oven for 25 min or until cheese is melted but not brown.
