Turkey/Quinoa/Broccoli Burgers

Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 0.5 cup Broccoli, cooked, 1.5 cup, chopped egg white, fresh, 3 large Garlic, 2 cloves Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Onion powder, 1 tbsp Pepper, white, 1 tsp Knorr Vegetable Bouillon, 1 tsp
Cook quinoa as directed by package with stock cube
Lightly steam broccoli (I cooked extra so I could use as little of the stalks as possible)
Mix with eggs whites, spices, and ground turkey (Let hot ingredients cool first)
Grill/cook in pan like (a somewhat fragile) burger
Serving Size: makes 8 little burgers
