1/2 Cup dry Old Fashioned Oats1 Cup Waterdash salt (Optional)1/2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup50 Grams chopped apple50 Grams chopped nectarine20 grams shelled walnuts1/4 tsp cinnamon (to taste)
Place the oats in a microwave safe dish. Add water and microwave on high for 3 minutes. While Oats are cooking chop and weigh your apples, nectarines, and walnuts. Once oats are ready, stir in the maple syrup and cinnamon...top with fruit and nuts and you are ready to go!
