Fudgy Coconut Black Bean Brownies

Black Beans- 1 can (rinsed)Madhava Agave Nectar (dark)- 1.5 cupBakers Unsweetened Chocolate- 4 oz (4 squares)Unsalted Butter- 1cupLarge Eggs- 5Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa Powder- 1/4 cupCoconut Flakes- 1/4 cupWalnuts- 1 cupVanilla Extract- 1 1/2 tspBaking Soda- 1/2 tsp
Pre-heat oven to 325.
Rinse and Strain Black Beans
In small microwavable bowl melt butter and unsweetened chocolate squares (about 1.5 mins). Make sure they are fully mixed.
Place black beans, coconut, and 1/4 chocolate butter mixture and mix until smooth.
In a large bowl, mix eggs until fluffy. Add Agave to eggs and mix until fluffy.
Add black beans, the remainder of the chocolate mix, the cocoa powder, vanilla, and baking soda. Mix until smooth.
Next add 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts.
Spread mixture in 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle remaining walnut on the top.
Bake for 25-30 until firm.
Let cool at least 30 minutes.
