1 ripe banana, peeled and mashed 2 medium sized figs, stems removed and mashed 3-4 blackberries1/2 cup nonfat milk1 tbsp extra creamy reddi whip (optional)
Blend together banana, figs, and berries.
Add the milk and blend on low until incorporated.
Serve over ice, top with reddi whip and a berry, if desired.
