Ingredients
1 Libby's Pumpkin 1lb 13 oz can2 cans Evaporated Nonfat Milk6 large eggs2.5 cups Splenda for Baking (zero calorie)1 Tbs Cinnamon3/4 tsp cloves3/4 tsp ginger3/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into Large Corning Ware Dish (sprayed with Pam baking spray). Bake 60-90 minutes until center of custard does not jiggle.
Serve in 1/2 Cup ramekin
Top with 2 Tbs sugar free whipped topping (optional). Not included in calorie count for this dessert.

    Tasted Great - however, recipe doesn't include oven temp!??!? (used temp info from a different recipe - preheat oven to 425, place custard in oven and immediately reduce temp to 350. It cooked perfectly in 60 mins.) - 12/19/13
