1lb Lean Ground TurkeyItalian Breadcrumbs (alt. panko)WaterOreganoSweet peppers (bell)
Adding breadcrumbs and water before your turkey ends up in lumps, I like to mash up my turkey a little, throw on the breadcrumbs and water, and knead to mix well. Then i add oregano, diced sweet peppers and form into balls. Grease a baking sheet (or i like to use foil over a baking sheet for a fast cleanup) and evenly place them. pop them in the oven on 400 for about 20 minutes. Rotate so they cook evenly, use a meat thermometer or cut the thickest meatball open to make sure they are cooked thoroughly. And then serve! Very flavorful and no need for sauce.
