Waffles

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups Flour (i used bread flour3 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon sugar1 cup milk2 eggs separated
Directions
1) Sift the flour with the baking powder salt and sugar into the mixing bowl.make a well in the center and add the milk and egg yolks.
mix rapidly with a fork of wire wisk. mixture should still be a bit lumpy.

2) beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the batter.

3) cook the waffles in waffle iron and serve!
