Bacon-Egg Pastry Puff

Ingredients
9 oz. Frozen Puff Pastry, thawed (1/2 a package)1T Bacon pieces4 Eggs3/4 c. Shredded Reduced Fat Cheese salt and pepper to tasteFresh chives for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. roll out pastry and cut into 4 equal parts. Fold and pinch pastry into round tart shells, place on parchment paper and prick all over with a fork. Bake 8-10 minutes until golden, and allow to cool slightly.
Add cheeses on top of each tart, making a shallow well in the cheese. Crack an egg into each well, top with bacon. salt, pepper. Return to oven. Bake another 10-15 minutes until egg whites are set. Garnish with chives and serve.
