Ingredients
3 1/2 cups old fashioned oatmeal1 cup walnuts, chopped1 cup almonds, chopped1 cup shredded coconut1/2 cup wheat germ1/4 cup sunflower seeds1 teas cinnamon1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup honey1 Tbl Orange peel1/2 cup Raisins1/2 cup dried apricots
Directions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Mix first seven ingredients. Stir together oil, honey and orange peel. Stir into oatmeal mixture.

Spread onto large cookie sheet. Bake for 1 hour, at 200 degrees stirring every 15 minutes. When cool, add raisins and dried apricots.
