Ingredients
*Brown Rice, medium grain, 6 cups cooked riceBroccoli, frozen, 1 package (2 lb) thawed and choppedOnions, raw, .33 cup, chopped red onion*Cashew - raw (18 kernels), 1 oz *Peanut Butter, chunk style, 2 tbsp Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp *tamari sauce, organic low sodium, 4 tbsp *Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 6 tbsp Water, tap, .25 cupHoney, 2 tbsp Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) juliennedWhite Wine, 1 fl oz garlic powder to tastered pepper flakes to tasteginger powder to taste
Directions
cook rice (45 minute cooking time)
chop broccoli, onions, cashews
julienne carrots
whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over, mix well
