Ham and beans

raw onion (medium)garlic (1 tsp)navy beans (cook according to package instructions)hamcarrots (raw)chicken/vegetable brotholive oil
Directions
simmer beans in 6 cups of water for 1 to 2 hours
saute onion and garlic in 1 tbsp of olive oil
add beans and chicken/vegetable broth
add ham, carrots, and simmer.
