Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
4 large eggs4 tbsp. salsa2 tbsp. sour cream1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese2 6" flour tortillas4 slices cooked baconSalt, pepper to taste.
Directions
1. Cook bacon and set aside.
2. Scramble eggs in non-stick pan, seasoning with salt/pepper to taste.
3. When eggs almost finished, lower heat and add salsa and cheddar to pan, mix gently.
4. Place half of mixture on each tortilla, top each with 1 tbsp. sour cream and 2 strips of bacon.
5. Roll up and serve.
