Ingredients
2 cups shredded cabbage1 cup shredded carrots1/2 cup light mayonnaise2 T vinegar4 packets Splenda1/2 t grated lemon zestsalt and pepper to tasteMix mayonnaise, vinegar, Splenda, and lemon zest . Pour over cabbage and carrots and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.Chill at least one hour for flavors to blend.
