24 oz - Ground Venison3 oz - Kalamata Olives, chopped1/3 cup - Feta Cheese1 cup - Chopped Red Onion1 - egg, large1 T - Greek Seasoning1/2 t - salt1/4 t - ground pepper
In a large bowl mix venison, olives, feta, onion, egg and seasonings. Form into 6 patties. Grill or fry in non-stick skillet to desired doneness.
