Moroccan Chicken and Chickpeas

Ingredients
2-cans garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained1 – 15oz can of diced tomatoes1 large red pepper1 red onion¼ cup golden raisins2 T tomato paste2 T water1 ½ t ground cuminpinch paprika4 boneless chicken thighs, 1-in cubes2 T creamy peanut butter
Directions
Drain Garbanzo beans and place in Crock-pot. Add tomatoes. Dice red pepper and onions and add to pot. Add remaining ingredients. Place slow cooker on High for 3 hours. Enjoy.
Makes 8 - 1 cup serverings.
