blueberry freeze

Ingredients
1 cup blueberries3/4 cup non-fat cottage cheese1 cup skim milk1/2 Tbsp. flax seedTeruvia to taste1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Directions
blend all ingredients in a blender until frothy, pout into a container and freeze, shaking or stirring occasionally until firm. Adjust turvia to taste.
