325 grams Beets (2 1/2 Beets fresh diced and boiled)1 Apple 8 Radishes1/4 Red Onion 1/2 Red Pepper Bell2 tbsn Cider Vinegar2 tbsn Onion Valida Dressing
Peel, dice and boil the beets. When cooked, rince in cold water to cool off.
Diced the remaining ingredients. Mix everything together. Add Cider vinegar and dressing.
Serve on a bed of spinach. (not in claculation!)
