grain free meatballs

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef1/2 cup almond meal or ground almonds2 large eggs1/2 tsp. ground oregano1 tbls. dried basil1/4 tsp. cayennesalt and pepper to tasteto fry: 1 Tbs. coconut oil and 1 Tbs. olive oil
Directions
mix ingredients together by hand, except oils. Heat oils in frying pan. Form meat mixture into balls and gently brown on all sides. Remove meatballs from pan to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until completely cooked.

Serving Size: makes a dozen good sized meatballs
