Ingredients
Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 2 lbV8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 40 oz Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 3 package (10 oz)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Celery, raw, 6 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia), shredded
Directions
Add the chuck roasts to the crock pot or a stew pot and cook at low on the crock pot or at 275 in the oven. It will take about 6-7 hours to cook. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir, and cook another 2-3 hours.
