pumpkin custard - diet

Ingredients
2 15-oz cans Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)1/3 cup Stevia 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice
Directions
mix all ingredients together and put into a 9" square pan that has spray oil in it. Bake for 1 hour or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
