spinach-avocodo smoothie

Ingredients
1.5 cup fresh spinach1/2 avocado 2 tbsps cilantro i large banana soak spinach in 2tbsp lemon juice or 1/2 tbsp baking soda water for 2mins. drain spinach and soak again in plain water for another 2mins, then drain.- rinse avocado, banana and cilantro. place all ingredients in a blender. add 1 16 oz bottled spring water to the blender and blend until it's smooth and well blended. -use less or more water for thick or light consistency.
