Healthy Silky Pumpkin Spice Loaf

Ingredients
1 box Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix1 can Libby's Pumpkin (16oz)1/2 can tap water (8oz)1 cup applesauce
Directions
Mix pumpkin, 1/2 can of water, and box cake mix together.

Add applesauce to thin out mixture. When it looks a little thicker than a cake mix (think banana bread consistency), add to a greased loaf pan.

Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes depending on your oven. It will still be pretty soft, so just bake until your toothpick comes out clean.
