Vegan Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
2 bell peppers, seeded and cut in half1 package Smart Ground1/2 cup oats1/2 cup corn, frozen1/2 cup diced onion1/4 cup diced carrot6 tbsp ketchupsalt/pepper
Directions
combine all ingredients, except peppers in a bowl and mix well. stuff each pepper half with 1/4 of the mixture. bake in oven until peppers are softened, can be topped with more ketchup if desired before baking.
