Caesar Dressing

Ingredients
5 1/2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1 garlic clove 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard 2 anchovy fillets 1 tbsp olive oil 5 tbsp fat free Greek yogurt
Directions
1. In a food processor, combine the cheese, lemon juice, garlic clove, mustard and anchovies. Blend for 15 to 20 seconds.

2. Add the oil and yogurt and continue to blend an additional 15 seconds or until smooth. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
