Greek stuffed peppers

6 bell peppers (any color)1 T. minced garlic1 lb turkey burger1 c. rice, cooked1, 15 oz can diced tomatoes, divided1 c. feta cheese, crumbled
Brown turkey with garlic. Add 3/4 of the can of tomatoes, rice and cheese.
Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds.
Pour remaining tomatoes in bottom of baking pan
Fill peppers with the turkey mixture.
Place peppers in the pan.
Bake 400, 30 mins (or in crock pot for 2 hrs. on high)
