Granny's Famous Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
1 can pink salmon1 sleeve of saltine crackers (crushed)1 egg1/2 cup minced onion2 cloves garlic1 Tablespoon Old Bay SeasoningMazola Pure Cooking Spray as needed to prevent sticking (0 cal.)
Directions
Thoroughly mix salmon, cracker crumbs, onion, garlic, egg, and seasoning in a bowl. Divide into 8 equal pieces and pat into a patty shape.

Preheat skillet. Spray with nonstick spray. Gently fry salmon patties until deep golden brown on both sides. Makes 8 patties
