Ingredients
Beef, round steak, 1 lb cut into 1 inch cubes) Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, strips or slices Canned Tomatoes, 1 can Red Potato, 1lb ( cut into 1 inch cubes) Beef Broth, 1 cup, 1/2 cup basalmic vinegerette, 4 tbsp Mesquite with Lime Marinade, 1 Tbsp, 4 serving
Directions
in a 4 qt crock pot place stew beef, corn, potatoes carrots, tomatoes, beef broth, marinate and vinegarette.

cook on low for 8 hours
